VA WHAT?????
HI! I am sure you are wondering...... what is a VA?? I am positive you know what is an assistant/secretary/translator/web master/administrative person, but a VA is a service provided to you which can combine all of this, in one person, depending on your requirements! and of course your business needs, and your budget!
By definition a VA IS "an independent entrepreneur providing administrative, creative and/or technical services. Utilizing advanced technological modes of communication and data delivery, a professional VA assists clients in his/her area of expertise from his/her own office on a contractual basis", the common denominator is that VA's are typically overachievers with extensive administrative experience and superior skill sets and training. My business models are more commonly geared toward establishing long-term partnerships with clients--that's the definition of Virtual Assistance, and what distinguishes it from secretarial services! What makes a person a VA isn't that the services can be performed at a distance from a client, but rather that the services that are being performed are administrative in scale and scope, and are provided with the desire to support the client across the board, not with just one specific function or task.
